SHANEL WAGGONER
Shanel completed her associate degree with Central Texas College and is working toward her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech. She is a member of the AQHA, the National Foundation Quarter Association and Stock Horse of Texas. She completed her Masters of Beef Advocacy and has been accepted to the Texas Beef Council “Beef Team.” Shanel wants to one day become Miss Rodeo Texas and would also like to become the next Texas Tech Masked Rider.

KYE TOMLINSON
Comanche, TX is home to 5th grader Kye Tomlinson. Kye enjoys 4-H, Spanish Club and several youth equine and rodeo groups including 4-H, AQHA and Extreme Cowboy races. She raises sheep and chickens and loves gathering and eating the eggs. Kye developed a Facebook page called “Rodeo Well” to help kids stay healthy mentally, physically, spiritually & emotionally. Her goals include being Miss Rodeo Texas and even Miss Rodeo America, and one day she hopes to be a veterinarian or equine chiropractor.
